You can add two fabric pop-up counters to your display stand, ideal for creating a professional meet-and-greet area for visitors while providing additional space for branding.

Pop Up exhibition stands are exceptionally easy to assemble. The printed tension graphics come pre-installed onto the aluminium scissor-lattice frame using ultra-strong Velcro.

To assemble this 8m conference display stand, simply extend each Pop Up frame and secure the locking arms into place - it’s that simple. Disassembly is just as easy, as the printed fabric graphics remain attached to the frame for convenient storage and transport.

This fabric exhibition backwall is made up of three separate Pop Up walls, making the display fully modular and reconfigurable. The stands can be arranged into a variety of layouts by positioning the walls side by side.

Each fabric display comes with linkable LED lights, allowing you to illuminate your exhibition stand effortlessly. LED lights consume significantly less power than traditional halogen lights, making them both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Because the lights are linkable, each pair uses only one plug socket. Combined with the low power consumption, this can reduce your overall exhibition lighting costs by up to 60%.

Fabric exhibition backdrops are printed in-house using a two-phase dye-sublimation process. Heat and pressure are applied to bond water-based CMYK inks directly into the fibres of the display polyester, producing ultra-vibrant, sharp artwork with a high-definition, photo-quality finish.

Dye-sublimation also increases the durability of each graphic, ensuring the artwork won’t crack, peel, or fade—even after being machine washed at 30°C. The elasticity of the display polyester ensures that any creases or wrinkles disappear once the display is assembled.

If your marketing campaign changes over time, replacement graphics are available for each fabric display stand. This provides a cost-effective way to keep your display current while maximising the value of your initial investment.

Where to Use Your Fabric Pop Up Stand
Fabric Pop Up Stands are ideal for exhibition stands, marketing events, conferences and general advertising displays. The unique feature of this fabric display is its almost instant assembly and disassembly as the printed graphics arrive pre-installed on the frame. Click the frames support bars in place and secure the corner fabric and you are done.

Please note that due to the natural weave of fabric, the printed material is not opaque and may show some transparency of the frame, especially if placed directly in-front of a window or strong backlight. Place the Fabric Display so it has stronger ambient front lighting or select the optional LED Spotlights to minimise show through. 

If you require a display that is 100% opaque and can be used against strong backlighting such as a window, we recommend our Classic Pop-Up Displays. 

Printed stretch fabric displays may crease in transit. Assemble your exhibition stand and allow it to stand for a few hours to allow the creases to dissipate. If you need to use your display immediately a handheld steamer will remove any creases.
