This 8m-wide portable fabric exhibition backwall is a large-format advertising solution ideal for high-footfall events such as exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, photography and press events, networking conferences, and more.

Comprised of five individual fabric display stands, this pop-up tension display is fully modular and can be reconfigured into a variety of layouts to suit different event spaces. Simply position each fabric display side by side to create your desired configuration.

You can also choose to include two additional fabric pop-up display counters, providing a professional meet-and-greet area for engaging with customers.

Despite being made up of five individual backwall displays, this 8m fabric exhibition backdrop can be assembled in just minutes. Each Pop Up fabric display stand is supplied with pre-installed tension fabric graphics, securely attached to the scissor-lattice aluminium frame using ultra-strong Velcro.

To assemble the fabric trade show backwall, simply extend each frame and secure the locking arms into position; it really is that simple. Disassembly is just as easy. Release the locking arms to collapse the frame while leaving the printed graphics in place. The lightweight aluminium frames, with the graphics still attached, fit neatly into the wheeled carry bags for effortless storage and transportation between events.

The two fabric counters are assembled in the same way as the larger pop-up walls. To complete each counter, simply slot the beech countertop onto the frame.

This tension fabric pop-up exhibition stand comes complete with four linkable LED lights as standard, regardless of which kit you choose, at no extra cost.

The lights are designed to link together, meaning each pair uses only one plug socket. Combined with the lower power consumption of LED technology compared to traditional halogen lighting, this can reduce your overall exhibition lighting costs by up to 60% - without any additional spend.

Every fabric pop-up exhibition backdrop is manufactured in-house using a dye-sublimation printing process. Heat and pressure are applied to bond water-based inks directly into the fibres of the display polyester, producing ultra-vibrant, sharp artwork that won’t crack, peel, or fade.

These long-lasting, durable graphics are easy to maintain and can be machine-washed at 30°C, ensuring a clean and professional display every time they’re used.

Thanks to the elasticity of the stretch display polyester, any creases or wrinkles in the fabric disappear once the display is assembled.

If your marketing message changes over time, replacement fabric graphics are available for your modular exhibition stand. This provides a cost-effective way to keep your display up to date while maximising the value of your initial investment.

Where to Use Your Fabric Pop Up Stand
Fabric Pop Up Stands are ideal for exhibition stands, marketing events, conferences and general advertising displays. The unique feature of this fabric display is its almost instant assembly and disassembly as the printed graphics arrive pre-installed on the frame. Click the frames support bars in place and secure the corner fabric and you are done.

Please note that due to the natural weave of fabric, the printed material is not opaque and may show some transparency of the frame, especially if placed directly in-front of a window or strong backlight. Place the Fabric Display so it has stronger ambient front lighting or select the optional LED Spotlights to minimise show through. 

If you require a display that is 100% opaque and can be used against strong backlighting such as a window, we recommend our Classic Pop-Up Displays. 

Printed stretch fabric displays may crease in transit. Assemble your exhibition stand and allow it to stand for a few hours to allow the creases to dissipate. If you need to use your display immediately a handheld steamer will remove any creases.
