This 7m fabric exhibition backdrop is a dynamic, portable exhibition wall that provides large-format graphic coverage, making it ideal for promoting your business at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, business expos, networking events, product launches, and more.

Comprised of three separate Pop Up fabric displays, this 7m x 3m printed fabric backdrop can be reconfigured into an L-shaped display, a U-shaped booth, or used as individual backwalls for smaller events. To reconfigure the exhibition stand, simply position the Pop Up display stands together in your desired layout.

This stretch fabric backwall is available in two bundle options to suit your display needs: with exhibition counters or without.

Whichever kit you choose, the 7m conference display comes complete with four LED lights as standard, enhancing your stand at no extra cost. The lights are linkable, meaning each pair requires only one plug socket. Combined with the low power consumption of LED technology compared to traditional halogen lights, this stretch fabric backwall can reduce your overall exhibition lighting costs by up to 60%.

Despite its large size, this fabric pop-up exhibition backdrop can be assembled by a single person - no tools or contractors required. The graphics come pre-installed onto the scissor-lattice aluminium frame using ultra-strong Velcro. To set up each pop-up wall, simply remove the frame from the supplied carry case, extend it, and secure the locking arms.

The LED lights then clip onto the top of the frame, creating a high-impact fabric backwall in under 10 minutes. Disassembly is just as simple: the graphics remain attached to the frame as it is collapsed and packed away into the carry case.

Each fabric display stand is printed in-house using a two-phase dye-sublimation process. Extreme heat and pressure bond water-based inks directly into the fibres of the stretch display polyester, resulting in ultra-durable graphics that will not crack, peel, or fade.

The artwork is printed to a high-definition, ultra-vibrant photo-quality finish, and the graphics can be machine-washed at 30°C to maintain a professional, clean display for multiple events.

If your marketing campaign changes, replacement graphics are available, providing a cost-effective way to keep your trade show backwall current and fresh.

Thanks to the elasticity of the display polyester, any creases or wrinkles disappear once the frame is assembled, ensuring your graphics always look seamless and smooth—even after long-term storage.

Where to Use Your Fabric Pop Up Stand
Fabric Pop Up Stands are ideal for exhibition stands, marketing events, conferences and general advertising displays. The unique feature of this fabric display is its almost instant assembly and disassembly as the printed graphics arrive pre-installed on the frame. Click the frames support bars in place and secure the corner fabric and you are done.

Please note that due to the natural weave of fabric, the printed material is not opaque and may show some transparency of the frame, especially if placed directly in-front of a window or strong backlight. Place the Fabric Display so it has stronger ambient front lighting or select the optional LED Spotlights to minimise show through. 

If you require a display that is 100% opaque and can be used against strong backlighting such as a window, we recommend our Classic Pop-Up Displays. 

Printed stretch fabric displays may crease in transit. Assemble your exhibition stand and allow it to stand for a few hours to allow the creases to dissipate. If you need to use your display immediately a handheld steamer will remove any creases.
