This 6m fabric pop-up exhibition backdrop is ideal for increasing brand visibility at a wide range of events, including exhibitions, fairs, expos, business conferences, trade shows, product launches, and more.

Made up of three bestselling fabric backwalls, this modular exhibition stand can be reconfigured to suit an L-shaped exhibition space, a U-shaped booth, or used as individual pop-up walls for smaller event venues.

To create your preferred layout, simply position each fabric display stand side by side. You can choose to add two fabric pop-up display counters to your stretch fabric bundle, or purchase just the backwall displays and LED lights, depending on your display requirements.

We provide LED lights with this conference display stand at no extra cost. Our LED lights consume significantly less power than traditional halogen lights. Because the lights are linkable and each pair requires only one plug socket, you can reduce your overall exhibition lighting costs by up to 60%.

Pop Up fabric displays are designed for effortless assembly and can be fully installed in just minutes—without the need for tools or costly stand contractors.

The printed stretch fabric graphics come pre-installed on the scissor-lattice aluminium frame. To assemble your tension fabric display, simply remove it from the supplied carry bag, extend the frame, and secure the locking arms in place.

The LED lights then clip onto the top of the frames to illuminate your artwork. Optional promotional counters are assembled in the same way as the larger pop-up display walls. Once the counter frames are erected, simply slot the beech countertops into place to create two professional meet-and-greet areas.

Disassembling this large-format 6m-wide conference display stand is equally simple. To collapse the frame, release the locking arms while leaving the printed graphics attached. The complete display can then be packed away with the graphics still in place.

Each 6m stretch fabric pop-up exhibition stand is manufactured in-house using a two-phase dye-sublimation printing process. Water-based inks are bonded directly to the fibres of the display polyester using extreme heat and pressure, resulting in high-definition artwork with a photo-quality finish.

Because the ink is bonded to the fabric, the graphics are extremely durable and long-lasting. They are also machine washable at 30°C, allowing you to maintain a clean, professional display for every event.

Thanks to the elasticity of the display polyester, any creases or wrinkles vanish automatically when the frame is assembled, even after long-term storage.

Replacement tension fabric graphics are available for all of our Pop Up fabric exhibition stands, enabling your display to evolve alongside your marketing needs. This provides a cost-effective way to keep your stand looking fresh while maximising the value of your initial investment.

Where to Use Your Fabric Pop Up Stand
Fabric Pop Up Stands are ideal for exhibition stands, marketing events, conferences and general advertising displays. The unique feature of this fabric display is its almost instant assembly and disassembly as the printed graphics arrive pre-installed on the frame. Click the frames support bars in place and secure the corner fabric and you are done.

Please note that due to the natural weave of fabric, the printed material is not opaque and may show some transparency of the frame, especially if placed directly in-front of a window or strong backlight. Place the Fabric Display so it has stronger ambient front lighting or select the optional LED Spotlights to minimise show through. 

If you require a display that is 100% opaque and can be used against strong backlighting such as a window, we recommend our Classic Pop-Up Displays. 

Printed stretch fabric displays may crease in transit. Assemble your exhibition stand and allow it to stand for a few hours to allow the creases to dissipate. If you need to use your display immediately a handheld steamer will remove any creases.
