Exhibition Shell Scheme Graphic Panels

This kit contains 16 printed panels designed to cover a 5m x 6m U-shaped shell scheme exhibition stand, providing full wall coverage from floor to ceiling. Panels can be installed together for a complete display or used separately for specific requirements.

Shell scheme graphics are a practical option for exhibitors. They are lightweight, portable, and straightforward to set up. The panels can be packed into the supplied box for transport between events and stored when not in use. Their cost-effectiveness makes them a suitable choice for businesses looking to create large branded exhibition displays, but don't have access to a large marketing budget.

Printed Exhibition Panels:
Panels are produced in-house on 550-micron grey-back polyester, a recyclable material designed for rollable graphics. A water-based UV print process is used to create full-colour, high-resolution artwork across the entire panel surface.

Lightweight and Easy to Transport:
Panels are supplied rolled in a strong cardboard box for storage and transport. Box size: 950mm x 310mm x 310mm.

Simple Installation:
Each panel comes with pre-applied fastenings along the vertical edges, either hook-and-loop tape or magnetic tape. No tools are required for fitting. If using magnetic tape, ensure that your shell scheme frame is metal, as some newer systems are plastic and are not compatible.

Shell Scheme Stands:
A shell scheme is a modular exhibition stand provided by event organisers as an alternative to open exhibition spaces. It consists of a framework that can be customised with graphic panels to display branding and messaging. Full panel coverage allows exhibitors to create a clearly branded environment within their stand.

Artwork Design & Supply:
Because shell schemes vary depending on the organiser and system, standard artwork templates cannot be provided. Organisers can supply technical drawings or exact dimensions, which must be used to create artwork. Panels are printed edge-to-edge, but the vertical frame posts remain visible between panels and should be factored into the design.

You may provide print-ready artwork or use our in-house design service. In both cases, an artwork proof will be supplied for approval before production begins.
