Printed Exhibition Graphics for 5m x 5m Shell Scheme Stand

This kit contains five custom-printed shell scheme panels designed to cover a 5m back wall of a shell scheme exhibition stand. It provides edge-to-edge coverage for a clear, professional brand display. The panels can be positioned in any configuration to suit your layout.

Printed & Manufactured In-House:
Shell scheme wall panels are produced in-house on 550-micron, recyclable grey-back polyester pop-up media using a water-based UV printing process. This creates full-colour, high-quality artwork that covers the entire surface of each panel, ensuring full visual coverage for your display.

Panels are supplied in a sturdy cardboard box for easy transport and storage between events. Box size: 950mm x 310mm x 310mm.

Quick Tool-Free Installation:
Shell scheme panels can quickly change a plain white space into a branded display area. Each graphic panl comes with pre-installed fastenings (hook and loop tape or magnetic tape) along the vertical edges on the reverse. If you select magnetic tape, confirm that your shell scheme is suitable, as some newer frames are made from plastic instead of metal.

Shell Scheme Exhibition Stands:
Shell schemes are basic stand structures supplied by event organisers, usually made from modular aluminium frames with plain panels. They provide a cost-effective option for exhibitors, offering an affordable, lightweight, and portable way to brand a large area.

Supplying Your Exhibition Stand Artwork:
Panel dimensions depend on the specific shell framework, so standard templates are not available. You will need to request the correct panel sizes from your event organiser, who can supply a technical drawing.

Artwork must be set up to these exact measurements. Since printing is edge-to-edge, artwork files must be supplied in the correct dimensions.

Designing Your Shell Scheme Graphics:
Panels are not a seamless display; the shell framework (usually hexagonal legs) will remain visible between panels. Keep this in mind when preparing your artwork. You may supply print-ready artwork or use our in-house design service. In both cases, you will receive a proof for approval before printing.
