Each panel is produced using a 550-micron recyclable grey-back polyester pop-up media, making them both durable and sustainable. Printing is carried out in-house using a water-based UV process, ensuring bold, long-lasting colour reproduction across the entire panel surface. No solvents are used during production, and the panels are suitable for reuse at future events. For ease of storage and transport, the rollable panels are delivered in a sturdy cardboard container measuring 950mm x 310mm x 310mm.

Hassle-Free Installation:
Every panel is supplied with pre-applied fastenings along the vertical edges. Choose from hook-and-loop or magnetic tape. This allows the graphics to be mounted directly to the shell scheme walls without the need for tools. If you select magnetic fixings, please confirm your stand is compatible, as some newer shell scheme systems are built from plastic rather than metal.

Shell Scheme Structures:
A shell scheme is the standard stand space provided by exhibition organisers. It consists of modular aluminium poles and plain panels—usually white or grey—that form the boundary of your display area. Since these structures vary depending on the event, dimensions can differ. Panels are fitted between the frame’s support legs (often hexagonal), so please note that the framework will remain visible between each panel, meaning the graphics won’t create a completely seamless finish.

Artwork Guidelines:
Because shell scheme sizes differ, we don’t provide standard artwork templates. You need to request the exact specifications or a technical drawing from your event organiser. Artwork must be supplied in full, edge-to-edge panel size. You can provide print-ready files or utilise our professional in-house design service. A proof will be sent for approval before printing. As each graphic is custom-made, please confirm the correct dimensions when placing your order.
