These guys are great. I bought a large Hop Up 'Fabric Display' with front and side graphics - the support was brilliant.
First of all, top quality product that made my book launch look amazing. I am so happy. It looks like a giant book - like 8 ft tall. My book launch guests could stand in front of it and have photos with me.
Secondly the support and service was first rate. They contacted me about the visual quality of the images I sent across, helped me to get the resolution right, and they made follow up "Are you sure you're happy?" calls once the product had been delivered. You don't get service like that any more.
