Square Glass Meeting Room 3m x 3m
This 3m x 3m freestanding office pod is a semi-permanent meeting room solution for use within large, open-plan offices and workspaces.
This Kit Includes:
- 1x 3m x 3m aluminium structure with ceiling & lights
- 1x glass front wall with sliding door
- 2x glass side walls
- 1x 40mm thick sound absorbing fabric-covered back wall
It comes complete with an MDF fabric-covered ceiling and lights and is fully installed by a team of experts within 4 hours.
This private collaboration space can comfortably accommodate a table and four chairs; making it the perfect solution for hosting client meetings, team talks and employee feedback sessions, as well as acting as a break room.
This glass meeting pod is an affordable alternative to building a brick room and can be placed just about anywhere in an open-plan workplace.
Being freestanding means that you can dismantle and move the room to a different location should the need arise.
Light is able to flow freely through the 4mm thick toughened safety glass partitions, creating a stylish and breathable work area with plenty of natural light.
The fabric panels feature a 40mm thick noise absorbing foam layer which works to minimise noise from outside the room by up to 29dB; therefore increasing productivity and concentration within the privacy booth.
In addition, the fabric panels are pinnable and so can be used as a large noticeboard to display notices and business materials whilst freeing up valuable floor space.
The structure of this room within a room is made from robust aluminium in either silver or white.
You can personalise your sound-absorbing foam wall panels by selecting one of 12 wool fabric colours depending on your company branding.
An air circulation unit is available to buy with this meeting room. We recommend adding the ventilation unit to keep the air within the quiet space fresh and clean, but it’s not essential.
You can also choose to add on a power and data post which will connect your office pod to the mains power supply in your office. The post fits between two panels and allows you to connect your computer or TV to a plug socket and your local network.
These rooms are fully customisable. You can mix and match individual panels to be different to the next by choosing from either glass, fabric or even drywipe backing. We also offer half and half panels.
