Transform Your Trade Show with Technology
Over time technology has transformed the way businesses exhibit. Trade show technology is no longer purely for exhibitors with a large budget. It is readily available to just about anyone, from small businesses at their first exhibition to professional longstanding industry veterans.

Technology is now used throughout the exhibition industry to enhance the attendee experience as well as making it easier to capture leads, contact potential clients at any time and reach out effectively after the show is over.

Making the most of your exhibition stand involves focusing on two key things - attracting visitors to your stand and interacting with them once they are there. If you get it right you can expect new connections, increased conversions and plenty of new business leads.

So how can you make use of technology to improve your exhibition stand?

Another great tip is to ask visitors to follow you, use your #hashtag and ask questions on your social media page – helping to engage and inform your visitors even if they aren’t physically with you.

Once the show is over – shout about it! Tell everyone that it was a great success and to expect you at the show next year - bigger and better.

Exhibitions are a big investment but executed right they can deliver huge rewards. Be sure to think carefully about how you are going to attract visitors, engage them and follow-up with them afterwards. By considering these areas at the planning stage you can expect to considerably increase your return on investment.

The follow up process will determine how successful your show was, whether you should do it again and what business you actually generated from it? Research shows that 75% of leads are never followed up which ultimately has the biggest impact on the return of your investment.
