Our Printed Tablecloths and branded table runners are ideal for trade shows, exhibition stands, craft fairs, school events, conferences and marketing events. A tablecloth custom printed with your logo or branding adds style and brand recognition to your stand, without breaking the budget and will make a big difference to your display.

XL Displays offers branded tablecloths with no minimum order quantity and no artwork or set up charges. Our 5ft and 6ft printed tablecloths fit standard size rectangular trestle tables as well as custom printed table runners and tablecloths made to order in any custom size. Our promotional tablecloths are designed and manufactured to fully drape to the floor on the front and sides and partially at the back, allowing you access to sit down or use as storage. Round tablecloths fit circular tables sold as custom sizes.

Our branded tablecloths are made from 215 gsm 100% polyester fabric with a luxurious satin sheen finish. Colourfast and washable, each tablecloth is hemmed and overlocked to improve the drape of the fabric. Choose from 12 pre-selected vibrant fabric colours in stock with fast UK dispatch. 

We print our custom printed tablecloths in house, so we have complete control over the print process and quality. Our designers and in-house artwork team will check your logo and artwork before it goes to print. All over print, Dye Sublimation Tablecloths are printed, sublimated, sewn and finished in-house at XL Displays. XL Displays tablecloths are fire retardant to DIN 4102 Class B1. Fire certificates are available on the product pages.

If you require more than just a Logo Tablecloth and want all-over print and Pantone matched tablecloths, we offer a full fabric printing. These are printed all over with your artwork and can give your exhibition stand a real wow factor. We also offer a selection of plain conference tablecloths in a wide choice of colours with prices starting at just £29.

You can provide your own artwork or logo and upload it online. Alternatively, we offer a graphic design service where one of our designers can create a logo for you or design artwork for your Branded tablecloth.
