Use of Information

All copyright and other intellectual property rights for all website content is owned by XL Displays Ltd. The information given on our website such as text, images and downloads, is available to customers of XL Displays Ltd only. Images and text should not be downloaded and re-published for use for marketing purposes.

Pricing

All prices listed on XL Displays Ltd website do not include VAT or carriage, which is added at the end of your transaction prior to checkout. As all our products are continuously being updated and improved XL Displays Ltd reserve the right to amend product specifications and prices without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Please note that if a pre-arranged credit line has been extended XL Displays Ltd credit terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice. All payments should be made in sterling in accordance with our agreed terms. If in default the company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% per month or part thereof. The company reserves the right to withhold despatch of orders if the account is in arrears.

We accept Visa and MasterCard please contact XL Displays Ltd on 01733 511030 with your order & credit card information. Should you wish to pay for your order by cheque please make all cheques payable to XL Displays Ltd' and send to 545 Oundle Road, Peterborough, PE2 7DH.

Please add an additional 7 working days to the quoted lead time to allow for your cheque to clear our bank account. Should you have any questions regarding the payment options available, then please contact is and we will be happy to answer any queries you may have.

 
Delivery and Carriage

XL Displays Ltd products are updated on a daily basis to provide a current stock position whenever possible All our products are delivered by courier. We will inform you of the lead times and delivery date for your order but we cannot be held responsible for courier failure. Nevertheless, we will make all reasonable efforts to get your order delivered when required.

If on the rare occasions we are not able to meet these times (e.g. raw material stocks), we will contact customers directly and inform them of a revised date and/or offer an alternative product.

Please can you inspect your parcel closely before signing for the goods and ensure that you check all items before you accept the delivery.  If you are in any doubt or do not have time to check thoroughly then please sign for the goods as damaged.  If goods are not signed for as damaged an insurance claim cannot be made at a later date.

If your goods are damaged please notify XL Displays Ltd within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with a photograph of the damaged goods.

Returns

Should you order goods in error or be unhappy with you goods in any way then you should send XL Displays Ltd an email with 24 hours of delivery and then return them to us at your cost within 7 working days from date of delivery so we can inspect them.

Items that are manufactured to ordered cannot be restocked and therefore we cannot accept returns, these products include, all printed products, office screens, display boards and all noticeboard products.

All goods to be returned should be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund for items which have been opened, used or are damaged. There may be a re-stocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.

Guarantees

Our products are all sold with full guarantees ranging from 1-10 Years depending on the product. If your goods fail due to a manufacturing defects during this timeframe you should contact us first to discuss and email a descriptive photograph of the defects for evaluation and maybe then return them to us whereby we will inspect the goods and repair or replace free of charge.

Printed Products

Before sending us your artwork, please ensure you have created and/or checked that it meets our artwork specifications which you will have received when you placed your order.  Although we endevour to check over artwork for print, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors on the original artwork file.

Prices for items featuring graphics are quoted based on finished artwork (print ready) being supplied by the customer. These costs are subject to sight of artwork. XL Displays Ltd reserve the right to re-quote should the artwork require studio time & scans. We can also produce the artwork based on the customer's specification, for an additional cost.

Ownership of Goods

The goods remain the property of XL Displays Ltd until paid for in full and can be redeemed if accounts have not been paid for within 30 days from receipt of invoice.
